Job Description

Perform psychological evaluations

Assess clients for mental health conditions
Determine the necessity of (an) ESA(s)
Confirm use of a PSD
Prescribe (an) ESA(s)

Coordinate care

Respond to inbound client requests
Schedule client consults
Write and issue letters to approved clients

Ongoing assistance

Work with the company to provide any additional support or paperwork clients may require

Time Commitment

This is a contract-based, part-time role with flexible hours. We work with professionals with a wide range of schedules and availability.

We collaborate with independent licensed healthcare professionals nationwide that evaluate clients for ESA letters. We’re looking for compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable mental health professionals that understand the value of emotional support animals.

Work directly with clients who want to be evaluated for an ESA letter
Operate independently and exercise professional judgment

What You Bring

Experience in prescribing, writing and issuing ESA letters and relevant regulations (FHA)
Comfort and efficacy in scheduling and communication (written, phone, virtual/telehealth)
Reliable internet connection, ability to troubleshoot when needed
