After beginning his career as an attorney, he moved into behavioral health, working directly in clinical roles before advancing into regional leadership overseeing outpatient programs.
Cole has led clinical operations for behavioral healthcare programs, with a focus on program development, data analysis, performance improvement, compliance, and strategic growth. His work has included developing clinical pathways, documentation standards, quality assurance systems, and multidisciplinary workflows across residential, PHP, and outpatient settings.
He has also contributed to clinical practice standards, workforce development, and executive reporting throughout his career.
